This policy explains the limited information NetOpsKit processes when you visit the site or run a diagnostic tool.

Information we process

When you use a tool, we process the domain name, public IP address, URL, port, or other target you submit, along with the selected test options and resulting diagnostic data. Web server logs may record your public IP address, request time, requested path, referrer, browser user agent, and response status.

How we use information

We use this information to run requested diagnostics, return and share results, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service security and reliability. Do not submit credentials, private keys, or confidential data as a diagnostic target.

Cookies

NetOpsKit may set essential cookies used for request security, including CSRF protection. These cookies are not used to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, TLS, and network security services for NetOpsKit and may process connection information under its own privacy policy. Our hosting infrastructure and regional probe servers process the data needed to serve pages and perform the network tests you request.

Retention

Global probe results and share links expire automatically after 14 days. Rate-limit data and lookup caches are generally retained for much shorter periods. Operational web logs are normally rotated and retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse or a security incident.
